WHAT IS A CUSTOM PROTHESES?

STAGES OF TRATAMENT

First visit (December 2023)
The patient arrives at our clinic and undergoes a complete evaluation: X-rays, digital scans, clinical photographs, and an oral evaluation. The case is determined along with the surgical plan. The tooth is extracted and a temporary prosthesis is placed.
Second visit (March 2024)
After 3 months of healing, an advanced 3D CT scan is taken. The manufacturing of the custom implants, designed according to the facial base, begins. The tooth is extracted and a temporary prosthesis is placed.
Third visit (June 2024)
The big moment arrives: we perform the surgery to place the custom implants under conscious sedation. A temporary screw-retained prosthesis is left in place while we await soft tissue stabilization.
Fourth visit (December 2024)
The big After 6 months of bone fixation, the definitive prosthesis is placed, achieving a 100% functional and aesthetic result.
